As my mom spends hours resting, she is enjoying her PJs... What a comfortable style and fashion! My mom has always been a fashion starter... hummmm... What do you think?
Last night, for the first time in 2 weeks, my mom wanted to eat... so Auntie Andrea brought over some "Lucky Star". My mom was able to get a few bites down and said it tasted okay. (Yeah, Mom!)
My Mom moved back in with her parents, in Long Beach, during this time of her treatment. Now her parents are on their hands and knees taking care of her... Thanks, Grandma and Grandpa!

My mom was allowed to have a liquid diet today and was released from the hospital late afternoon. She has to go for more tests on Thursday and should not be traveling, so she will be resting at my Grandparents house the next couple of days. Thank you to everyone who took turns keeping her company and watching over her while she was in the hospital.
After being treated like a pin cushion... a Pic-Line was put in so my mom doesn't have to get stuck with a needle again and again... She also now has her own morphine button so she can take any pain away... YEAH!!!
My mom is currently at Orange Coast Memorial Medical Center in Fountain Valley, where her doctors are running some tests... This 5th chemo really did her in... As usual, my mom is very tired after chemo... so REST is in order.
Thank you, Millie and your bridel party for the special hat! It really made me feel good! I loved the pink ribbons... Wish I could have been there! Congrats, on your wedding! Love, Auntie Marleen
My mom is half way through her chemo treatments with her fifth and only treatment scheduled in June. Tomorrow is her last day of this school year with her students. She has been very tired and busy!
