A Lazy Saturday

After many outings in the past couple of days including taking the grandkids to see Alvin and the Chipmunks the Squeakquel movie and to McDonalds... we had a lazy Saturday... resting most of the day and eating well... (Thanks for the recipes, Grandma Marincovich! :)

Much Love Around Her

In the last few days my mom has kept all of us very busy... she has truely enjoyed her family and friends around her 24/7

Out to Lunch...

My mom needed to get out of the house... sooo we took her out to lunch, where her friends Susan and Nurse Jill got a chance to say hi and visit a bit. (Oh, how a friendly face can make you feel much better...)

A Busy Day!!!

My mom made it home, today, to see the work being done to her bedroom...

the walls are up, the popcorn ceiling is down, and the room is painted... now all that is left is the carpet, which will be put in some time in the next couple of days...

WOW!!! 2010 is here!!! My mom started this journey 2 years ago and is still fighting strong... As she says, "I'm not ready to go anywhere yet..."
She has really enjoyed being at her son's house with family and friends 24/7...
