Congrats, Amy! We will miss you...!

Today, my mom had an EKG done in Visalia, visited her Radiation staff, and went to her classroom to put away the holiday decorations... Amy came by to help... Boy, my mom is really going to miss her... However, I don't think Amy will ever be that far away... Congrats on your new job, Amy!

Merry Christmas Everyone!

Thank you to everyone, who wrote letters for my mom's gratitude box. My mom enjoyed receiving them...

Christmas is always special with grandkids to share it with...

And of course, Grandmas LOVE to spoil their grandchildren on their first Christmas... Little Selah didn't know quite what to do after being dressed-up in many holiday outfits... by 10pm on Christmas night she was down for the count.

Time Together

My mom and dad spent a weekend away... to celebrate their wedding anniversary and spent some time together...

Build-a-Bear

My mom spent some time with some of her grandkids, during the holiday season, making bears with them. Oh what fun they had...!

Disneyland Cheer!

"Hey, Matthew... That's my hat."

My mom will be continuing treatment down South. As a result, we figured "The Happiest Place on Earth" would be in the Doctors' orders, sometime soon... so plans are in the works... Later, today, we returned home, to find a package from my mom's friend Jane with some holiday/Disneyland cheer... Thanks, Jane!!! My mom loved her new set of magical ears! (It was just what she needed!)

Dad's Support

Dad supporting the Ta-tas
This weekend, my mom and dad spent the weekend away... and went camping in their travel trailer to celebrate their anniversary. Both were glad to have some time together away from the every day duties of life... however, they were not too thrilled when the cable on their t.v. didn't get many channels and Mom wasn't able to connect to the internet to do her paperwork... (oh well... more time for each other, I guess... :)

Birthday Wishes!

My mom, Elijah, and Kaleb made birthday wishes as they blew out their candles. Don't worry mom they can't count the candles to find out your real age.

After spending this past weekend celebrating four birthday's, my mom has been spending the week receiving radiation therapy at 8:30 am at the Sequoia Regional Cancer Center. She has not had the same side effects as chemo so she has taken on teaching her afternoon class and has been very excited, but a little tired.

While waiting in the dressing room for the technician she picked out a hat that was made by someone in the community by an organization called "Hats for Hope". (Don't worry grandma you still have your job and are better at it anyway!)
